AWP’s private partner trips are typically priced 10-30% less than our regularly published price points. We’re able to do this since our costs are less due to larger group sizes as well as less minimal marketing/advertising expenses (since you’re recruiting the participants) — and we pass those savings on to you. It’s a win-win for everyone involved. In addition, you have a free hand to decide the final price point for your travelers— do you want to subsidize the trip? Do you want to use the Trip as a fundraiser for your organization? It’s all up to you and we’re happy to help guide you through the process.
CUSTOMIZED ITINERARY
Although we have many years of experience designing impactful itineraries with a great blend of both Adventure and Purpose, no one knows your community members/employees as well as you do. We’ll work together to customize a fantastic trip schedule to strike just the right mix of social justice activism, formal education, immersive experiences, and spirituality that is ideally suited for your organization and your travelers.

AWP’s renowned educational sessions (both formal and immersive) focus on personal growth, leadership activism, and human values. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate in advance of the trip with our educational team in order to include your own content and educators (if you want) in order to hone the message that meets your organization’s core messaging.
